Why isn't Raven Symone in Cheetah Girls: One World?

She was making another movie, College Road trip and making a new album. Also, there were cat fights in The Cheetah Girls 2, meaning that Raven didn't get along with the other girls off camera. She didn't get along with the girls cuz Raven was receiving a bigger paycheck than the other 3 girls cuz she was also the executive producer. So perhaps, either the girls didn't wanna do the 3rd Cheetah Girls movie with Raven or that Raven was too busy with what she had going on.
