Attending an evangelical service?

I am RC and I don't know how is an evangelical service because many of them that I have watched on tv.. the people scream amen, the pastor scream and even cry and they sing.. there is like rock music and there is not holy communion or chants.. everything is not organized? and the pastor reads the Bible whatever how he feels in that moment.. well that I have seen on tv is that what expect in a baptist church?
