Hep with my nook please?

when i first got my nook, which was a few weeks ago, i downloaded two free books. but it said there is an error with the credit card payment. i later found out the next day that there was something wrong with the credit card and it didnt go through, so i switched the credit card that i pay with, which is a working credit card, and now it still says that i cant download it. so.. i went to the bn.com website to try to delete them, but there is no delete on where there is suppossed to be delete on, there was only a move to archeive on, which i did, but i still want to delete them. any ideas on what to do??
