Recipes, free of wheat + dairy, low in refined sugars?

There are tons of substiutes you can use in recipes. Many stores have gluten free flour or bread dough. As well as soy milk and other milk substitues. You can easily find raw(unrefined) sugars to use in recipes instead of refined sugar. The biggest hle is having to prepare your own food from scratch--it gets expensive shopping for preprepared foods that will fit your needs.
