If you could write the Constitution...?

I would first and foremost eliminate the electoral college completely! it still pisses me off immensely to this day that that has yet to be done away with! It is no longer needed and hasn't been for decades! I also agree that registration shouldn't be required because i think that only contributes to making less people vote than would if registration weren't required...sure it may only be out of peoples' laziness to go register, but regardless of the reason, i do think more people would vote if it weren't required!! I think that they should revise the entire constitution actually, because it's not nearly modern enough and let's face it- life and it's problems are not nearly the same as they were hundreds of years ago! Get with it, people!
