I already asked this question, But people didn't seem to understand it.?

We have 2 female dogs, one older and fixed and the younger one has not been fixed. They are best of friends, but when the younger one goes into heat, she has attacked the other dog who naturally fights back. Sounds like Roxy is going into heat, even tho she hasnt started bleeding yet...Dogs act like they get PMS too. Keep them seperated for a time and then slowly start bringing them back together. Takes patience
