How to fake the ingesting of a pill? Please help.?

I am forced to take these pills every morning when all they do for me is harm. A nurse comes in and checks my mouth with a flash light as I take them. What would be the best option to fake taking them or get them out of my system somehow after ingesting them? Please, help me. If I don't take these pills, I will be removed from the hospital, and at the moment, I can't afford that. Help.
