Help with friendship problems?

I think maybe deep down she may enjoy having you as a friend, but only when nobody knows about it. It seems like she is embarred of you and does not want people thinking that you two are friends. Confront her on it in private and tell her how you feel, if she continues to do it just stop helping her in cl.
