Hello Ladies i need some Interpretation?

I suppose it would really just depend on the girl, definitely hard to tell. Sometimes girls will wink and smile and such just to be friendly, or she genuinely likes you, which is what that seems like. I'd say maybe try to strike up a friendly conversation, smile back when she looks at you, or something like that. It would depend if you like her back too, though.
