Have i been lead on? guys and girllllsssss?

so i like this girl alot, i care about her soo much. me, her best friend, and my bestfriend (my bestfriend and her bestfriend r dating) think she has lead me on. what should i do? she told me not to talk/seem interested in one girl in particular when i go to her school next year. should i try to make her jealous by doing what she told me not to? im 16 shes 15 were both sopres. i realllllly like her. she said she likes me a lot too but idk anymore. ive asked her how she fells and she just says she doesnt know what she wants or how she feels. but they think shes lead me on. idk what to do?!!!!!!!!!!
